Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE)

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is waste from equipment operating by means of electric current (or electromagnetic fields) with voltage not exceeding 1,000 volts alternating current and 1,500 volts direct current. Waste electrical and electronic equipment means all components, sub-assemblies and consumables that are an integral part of the product at the time of disposal.
The SIRMET group, in partnership with eco-organisations, manages the decontamination then destruction phase of this waste.
Our effective and adapted tools, as well as our qualified workforce, enable us to handle large quantities of this waste and maximise valorisation.
